I was born the 4th of 8 children. I have 6 sisters and 1 brother. I had a childhood of popsicles, swamp coolers, sharing a room, catching tadpoles, and lots of noise. My momma always had a project going and helped support the family with toll painting and crafting. My poppa could build anything he was asked to build and worked long hours to care for us. When I was 12 my dream was to become a photographer for National Geographic....go to Hawaii..and have my first kiss under a waterfall. I took photography and art through school...and gravitated towards photography. Soon after high school I started taking photos for family and friends. And then a client...and another..and soon it became my full time job. I consider myself self-taught as I really didn't pay attention in school. After 12 years of being a family photographer; I learned about composite/fine art photography, and was hooked. I started making day dream pieces for my clients, and soon found I could create fine art images of Jesus Christ. Something I had always wanted to do.
